Complains should be reported within 48 hours of cleaning .

All complaints are considered by the director , Karolina Sternal

Before filing a complaint , check whether the place in question were available to cleaners on the agreed date .

Other wise you may incur additional costs.

We keep full photo documentation of before and after cleaning as evidence . 

If we believe the complaint is justified , we will improve at no additional cost  ASAP
